What is more R rated?

That is, for you what is wrong-er (I somehow feel I am not wording this right, but it is not my first language and I have 3 hours of sleep on me, so please bare with me) to watch a couple having sex with complete nudity when you are underage, or watching something that is extremely violent before you come of age????

I have always thought of this, I was raised in a family where my parents always spoke of sex of a natural act, and therefore since we were like 12 we could watch R rated films if the reason for the rating was that someone would get naked or have sex. But we could never ever watch a movie where the R was because someone chopped someones head of.

murder is an act of agression and violence, whereas sex is completely natural and necessary for life to move forward. easy choice

that being said, kids probably shouldn't be exposed to either one at a young age. not becuase it's going to make them go out and do either act, but it leaves an imprint on their mind that that's the way things happen in the world
