It happened in 2000 for 251 yards at New Orleans. BTW, Anderson now plays FB.

If Denver gave him more carries, I believe he would get at least a 1,000 yards again. If I were Shanahan(spelling) I would make Anderson a tailback and Portis the RB, ala Csonka and Mercury Morris.
