Online Hookup Question

Ok i play BF2..and Madden occasionally and just the other night i was playing BF2...this mourning i woke up and didnt need to do anything after b-ball practice so i decided to play some BF2..and when i was trying to get on it never connected..so i then tried to get on madden and the same thing happened...ive checked the wires and everything but it still doesnt work...

any kind of help would be useful..Thanks

I assume you have cable internet connection. So here's what you do:

1. Turn off everything that gets internet access from your cable modem. (Computers, PS2's, etc)
2. Turn off cable modem (physically unplug) and your router if your using one.
3. Wait a couple minutes, then plug modem in. Wait till modem activates (30 seconds or so) , then turn on modem.
4. Turn on PS2 and computers and it should work.

This happens a lot with Cable, so if it happens again just do what I said.
