I was speaking to a friend of mine who happens to be an Assistant Coach of a decent high school football program in Tennessee. He's also scary bright. I asked him what he thought of Jay Cutler (Vanderbilt is in Tennessee). He said he's a good passer, but has a strange personality--is not a leader. I guess I can take that with a grain of salt, but we need to find good leadership for our offense as well as find people who can play well. Have any of you heard anything like this about Cutler?
