Because that means no metallica,ac/dc, Jimi Hendrix, zepplin, Janice Jopplin, and the most important...NO DOOBIE BROTHERS!!!!:lol:

Dude I grew up in RI and know them. Not personally, but I know of them. Another great band from RI is M-80.

I listen to mostly punk, so my top 3 favorite punk bands are:

Pennywise
Strung Out
Bad Religion

As far as other stuff I listen to "hair" metal and "classic" rock so my fav's of those would be:

Guns N Roses
Motley Crue
Led Zeppellin
Lynyrd Skynyrd
AC/DC
Rolling Stones
Aerosmith (older stuff)

Back in highschool I was really big into Tool and NIN. Nowadays I mostly listen to rap. I would listen to more rock if I had a burner..but..I don't anymore.

Music today just flat out sucks anymore (and has for a good while).
