I'm borrowing the idea from dominizzo's favorite cake thread...
my favorite pie...
Derby-Pie® Chocolate Nut Pie
A True Kentucky favorite here at home! :eating: A rich chocolate pie loaded with pecans, all in a tender pastry crust; served warm. of course (add ice cream)

Apple, by far.
Pecan...yummy...
I've actually had derby pie down here, and I liked it.
Houston's key lime is amazing, but other key limes don't measure up, so it's down there.

I can think of about 15 different ones from here to Terra-Haute.

Pumpkin pie, covered with Cool Whip. I dominate one every Thanksgiving and Christmas, no help required.
Key Lime pie is a close second. Damn, the Caesar's Palace buffet used to have it every night but not anymore. Stupid westerners.
I also love Apple pie al la mode, but only cold. I don't want soup for pie. When they serve it warm it's just a sloppy puddle.
