Decided to mess around a lil bit today with this new program i got Paint Shop Pro 9.0 Still looking at all the features but definitely an improvement over gimp

did u download that pro gram off of the internet.im thinking about downloading a program but im afraid if i would be doing something illegal or having to pay for downloading it off of the internet.
