Animated team flag for moi??

Can any of our photoshop wizards make up an animated flag?? id like to represent my boys up here in MT the U of Montana Grizzlies!!

id like it to look as much like the current flags in my sig to keep it looking neat.

As of right now i currently cant do animation cause i dont have a program for it....But im sure in a couple days if i can get the animation program off of my graphic arts teacher im sure i could throw that together easily

i tried the tutorial... found the same one.. having issues with the shadows but will try to nail it down for you... heres what I got so far
