I think I'll be moving to Boca. I've been in Atlanta for two years, but I'm headed back. I can't wait to go to a game next season.

Man, that's great for you. I hope the move goes well. Just you, or do you have family to move as well?

Not sure yet, Judie's (girlfriend) going to go look for a place next week. But we definitely know we want to be in Boca or Boynton Beach.

I live in Boca now, I am renting a place in west boca off of lyons and 8th. my advice is to look on To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. as I am sure you are familiar with the newspaper. I got a 2/2 condo that me and a buddy are renting for $950 a month, including water and cable. And it is on a golf course. Apartments are so expensive in Boca right now if you go through a complex. Private renting is the way to go in this town. Way cheaper.

Boynton Landings. I am working my brain trying to remember where that is, it is frustrating because I delivered pizza in that area for two years. Is it the place on Military?

Hypoluxo & Congress behind the Winn Dixie. It's a pretty big community, there's two entrances off Congress and Hypoluxo.

LOL, you think $950 for a 2/2 WITH water and cable included is expensive? Try Honolulu, or ANYWHERE in hawai'i (except the bad parts). My friend pays $1,800 a month for a 2 bedroom 1 bath with ONLY water included, and that's in a high rise apartment buidling too, nothing fancy. My rent isn't that bad but I'm not living in the city, it's still pretty high though, 1600 for 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house.

1600 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath isn't that bad at all.

Everything costs more in Hawaii, I lived in Wahiawa for three years...I bet it is ridiculous paying for gas now....I would just walk or drive a moped. The salaries must be pretty good to pay for people to be able to live there huh? I know in San Francisco cops get paid about $60,000 to start but a house there is around $500K and up....Things here in Colorado are pretty reasonably priced, but it would be nice wintering in Hawaii or Florida. :shakeno:
