Risk II, nah not really. Warcraft 3 TFT is by far my favorite pc game ever, maybe even my favorite game ever despite console. It never seems to get boring because people make custom games online and those are always changing. If anyone knows other games like that, tell me please :wink:

it's hard for me to get excited about new games because they just rehash all the games i have ever played but they do have better graphics. i miss the days when things were new and exciting.

ai makes me angry because they always know.

i'm excited to see how the next generation of consoles comes out. hopefully soon consoles will rival computers in terms of graphics and power. i'm waiting to get x-box 360 once more titles released. especially rtcw 2.

Time to show my age. The original Reach For The Stars by SSG, I think my first copy was on the C64.

The first empire building in space game. Also a game where the AI was good enough to beat human players regularly without bumping odds in the CPUs favor. OK the graphics and interface are crap by modern standards, but it's more challenging than any of the modern games.

A fantastic title that you either loved or hated. It's been my experience that this is as true as can be. I personally became hopelessly addicted and anxiously await Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers due out soon from THQ and Pandemic.....good shee-iii-iitt holmes. It's a hybrid in it's own right. It's the first attempt to combine realistic military action gaming with a form of turn-based elements (thank God it's not turn based in the tradition sense or I'd chuck it into the river :lol: ). Mission accomplished...and soon extended haha.

NOTE: If you loved this game but didn't feel challenged on it's most difficult setting....there is a code to unlock the version this game was based on. It is was an actual tool used to train Army infantry and THQ has included that full version as an unlock. Be warned it is a b!tch to play but i've managed to be one of the few to complete it on this mode. The code is: ha2p1py9tur5tle Enter this as the "code input" screen in the "options" menu. :up:

I also found out that the re-release for PS2 of the same title has added levels (as an incentive to buy) that are a load of fun but re-purchasing the game just for that isn't quite worth it.
