Vargas vs. Mosley

mosley won. ref stopped the fight in the 10th. vargas eye was f*cked up. i thought it was an early stoppage. vargas won the 9th. mosley landed a right and the ref stopped it. mosley was up on 2 cards, vargas on the other. it was a close fight. neither guy was ever hurt. good fight.

I would say that's a good reason to stop the fight, if that thing ruptured he would have bled for hours. Looks like he was getting peppered pretty good!

i have been a Vargas fan for years, ordered the fight, and was not too dissapointed, it was a very close fight with the cards split at the time of the stoppage. Too bad Vargas's body betrayed him in the fight because I feel he had been building up momentum, and he had even one the previous round 9 even though he only had one eye.

very good fight. Vargas was slow in the beginning but pick it up mid way through. I think he fought better with 1 eye.
