Saints | Bennett agrees to deal

You currently have 0 posts.) (Vikings). Bennett, who will serve as the primary backup to RB Deuce McAllister (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.), will sign a two-year contract worth $3 million. The deal also includes a $1 million signing bonus. Bennett can also earn $1 million in incentives in each year of the deal.

If he stays healthy it could be a good pickup but what happens to Stecker and Smith who were very capable backups?

On a lighter note I was perusing the NO board and noticed that our team (according to them) is the Redskins of the AFC East. :confused:
