Are Tommy Maddox & LaVar Arrington Inking With Miami?

Previous this week, there was a rumor of Maddox visiting Miami, but later on, I didn't hear again of him, and LaVar Arrington was also visiting Miami, we all know he visited other teams, but signed with no one, also I heard a rumor that he was going to make his second visit to Miami soon.

Will they both sign with Miami?, or are they just "unsignificant rumors"?
