Southern California locals: I need your input

Since I routinely ask bizarre questions in the Lounge, this should not surprise:

I'm startinga new role-playing game this Saturday that's set in modern-day Malibu. I ususally try to have food that goes along with a games setting on the first night. What would you suggest that would be fairly easy to fix and representative of what's popular in Malibu? Thanks!

Well it seems that anything with "mango salsa" is the"in" thing for all the richies these days. So I'll say seared Ahi with mango salsa.
