....for opening weekend. $70.5 million. :eek: Not bad at all.

Took my children to see it yesterday. It wasn't bad. There were some spots in it that made me laugh - some harder than others. And that squirrel/rat (Scrat) was his usually self. The movie was much longer than the original (The original was very short if you hadn't noticed) so there were a few parts where it drug a bit. But there was enough jokes to keep it moving and entertaining.
I liked the first one better from the story stand point. There were more laughs in the second one, but the story was much weaker. But not a bad movie.

My kids loved thew first one and 70 million is a huge opening weekend. Looks like we could see #3

70 mil sounds reasonable. Went to see the 7:20 show last night, but that AND the 8:00 show were sold out already. Ended up seeing the 9:00 show.

I saw it too, to me she was the only good part of the movie.

I took my daughters to see it today, and it was sold out...They werent very happy, I had to bribe them with ice cream and the promise that we would go during the week...
