In case anyone didn't notice, the scouting reports are being done by Russ Lande, a former Browns scout. Some of his rankings are WAAAY outside the norm, but he justifies his reasons.

Darrell Hackney is a 5.9, better than Cutler and same as Young.

D.J. Shockley is a 6.0!

Kellen Clemens is a 6.3, .1 less than Leinart.
