Actors:
1) Tom Hanks (Awesome in everything)
2) Philip Seymour Hoffman (this guy's characters are ALWAYS absolutely believable. He is awesome and deserved his Oscar for Capote)
3) Tom Cruise. (Weird person. Great actor.)

Others: Harrison Ford (good actor but has made bad movie choices lately)
Kevin Spacey (plays everything very well. Loved him in Seven)
Russell Crow (Great actor, total *******)
Jack Nicholson ('nuff said)

Actresses:
1) Scarlett Johansson (Beautiful, talented, and a future Oscar winner)
2) Reese Witherspoon. (Good actress, cute as hell)
3) Diane Lane (Been around a while, played alot of different types of roles, and she is still beautiful)

Others: Kate Beckinsale (great actress but questionable movie choices, IMO)
