I am guessing he wanted a sig made but, at the same time wanted to get a program where he can try and learn for himself as well. The reason I think this is he asked in another thread where he could get Photoshop for free. Which he really can't(legally), with the exception of the trial. That's why I posted the link for GIMP for him.

If I am wrong Zach's then In_Flames is one heck of an artist and can create what you want. You just need to be more specific as to WHAT you want in the sig.
