My Father's Homemade Sauce and Pasta (I have wonderful memories of him laying out the convertable sofa and drying the pasta on it)
Pizza (I love Neapolitan Pizza, and Pizza Margarita)
All this with a nice glass of Carlo Rossi Paisano or my newest jug wine fav Fortisimo)

You beat me to it man...In this case, I guess I'll go with Tortellini Alfredo, although it's a distant second!
When i was in Italy i couldnt get enough athentic pizza, just not the same anywhere else, although i am partial to a bit of seafood alfredo
