I know everyone has heard of google earth, but I found a site that lists places of interest from these online satallite map sites.

Its pretty cool way to see and learn about some places you may have never heard of as well as places you have heard of like Bill Gates house, playboy mansion, nuclear test sites here in NV, and so on. One example is Stenbrottet, an old quarry in Sweden that was filled in w/ water and made into a recreation area. Pretty cool! Its just a place I would have never learned about without checking out this site. Check it out if your interested.
