Well, I know how to re-size normal photoshop pictures for web use. However, I am not sure if I can do so with the .gif unless I completely shrink it down. I have one other option, but won't be able to try it until I get home.

Got it down to about half the size of before, but not nearly as fluid. Next step would be to shrink it I guess...
