You cretins trot out the same tired old responses to every criticism of the Carp: 1) the Bills are moving to LA 2) history, history, history ... unless it doesn't favor the Carp 3) Ralph Wilson and Marv Levy's ages 4) JP Losman sucks 5) references to excrement 6) references to Bills fans' sexual preferences/practices. Then you wonder why fans of other teams don't post here.... No, this isn't where the discussion about football occurs, I just added it to make a few points later on. Instead, the discussion occurs in the NY Jets Draft Blunders. (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.) thread. I quote L2G's posts addressed to BwanaZulia in their entirity not just to remind people what great examples of literature they are:goof:, but so that no one can later accuse me of leaving something out (I have, however, removed the spaces between "paragraphs" to save, um, space).
Don't count on it or bet any money
On a serious side note, I actually think the Jets did a good job in this years draft. They have rebuilt their oline and drafted the 2nd best QB in this years draft. Bright future for them.
Back to the troll bashing.
I have seen you on JetsInsider and you might know that I am very respectful in my posts there, but this is the depths of FH and I am not working under the same rules as I am at JI. Just a heads up
I actually think you guys are heading in the right direction and think that a record of 7-9 could be in your future this year. I think that the most important thing for you guys this year is developing your young Oline and Qb. But I don't doubt for one minute that you guys will be back in the hunt in a year or two, which is more that I can say for the Jills.
Glad to have you aboard
Fair enough, but a lot will depend on Penningtons recovery. Ramsey took a mental beating during his stay in Washington and even though I feel that Clemens will be a very good starter, he isn't going to help you much this year.
I see your points and agree to an extent.
Brady and Big Ben were exceptions to the rule, that doesn't happen everytime a starting Qb goes down to injury. Situations like that only happen once every 5 to 10 years and shouldn't be counted upon to happen when your team is facing an injury to your QB.
And I think Chad will be just fine, I live in NY and read all of the newspapers and it looks good for him. I really hope that he is 100% by opening day, and that both teams are 100% when they play head to head. It's so much more fun to watch a game when all of the best players are out there competing
with each other.
Good luck to you bro. Now, a couple of observations:
1) L2G and BZ were talking about football... politely, even.
2) L2G didn't once mention any of Kidszoo's six "same tired old reponses".
But then Kidszoo complains in another thread that "Maybe if you jackarses talked football -- ie, what's going on currently on the football scene once in a while not what happened ten, fifteen, or thirty plus years ago, you might get more interest (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.)." One would think that with such an attitude that Kidszoo would want to encourage the exchange between L2G and BZ to continue as it was. As to whether she/he/it does so, I'll let the individual reader decide (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.) (starting with post 21).
Oh, and despite multiple requests that she/he/it do so, Kidszoo still has yet to reply to L2G's posts (29 and 32) in that thread. She/he/it is probably waiting for February 31st to roll around.
