Sproles done for season with fractured fibula

Second-year veteran Darren Sproles will miss the season, after the Chargers' return specialist was placed on injured reserve Tuesday. He underwent Monday surgery to repair a fractured left fibula.

The first report was that he was done for 2-4 weeks. I hate seeing this happen to any player. I can't say it is very significant because of the guy they have running the ball in front of Sproles.
