I'd have to agree, and I'm not by any means a fan of the Raiders, but their logo by itself (not including their uniform) is one of, if not the best logo in the NFL hands down IMO...

Best branding: Cowboys - The star is both simple and very recognizable

How about an actul logo? It doesn't even show what the team is, just says Jets. I don't know, that's my 2 cents on it. I know you're a homer just like all of us when it comes to this, you probably think the Dolphins logo is dumb but it is my favorite. It's all cool, I think everone should like their team's logo.

You don't need a sea mammal on your helmet to make it a logo.

It actually says "NY" (stands for New York) with the JETS written across it. It also has a little football in the writing.
