I just found out today that the release date of November 7th of 2006 is the planned released date for the THIRD Splinter Cell Novel. It's titled "Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Checkmate". The two previous titles, "Splinter Cell" (Self-Titled) and "SC: Operation Barracuda" were met with praise by Splinter Cell fans such as myself so I look forward to this one dropping. Below is the current cover art. When Barracuda came out they pre-released a cover art image that was almost spot-on, with one minor diff. So this can more or less be the planned look. :up:
