i came upon this by just looking at players...i found it interesting that it says he is cut...i dont beleive it though..can anyone confirm this?

If they cut him then Herm Edwards is stupider then I thought he was...

No way, 11 sacks last season. Great tackler as well, improves every season. Entering his 3rd. If he gets cut, welcome to Miami. Future replacement for Jason Taylor.

I found this from an article posted today.


On the defensive line, Carlos Hall, John Browning and Junior Siavii were injured throughout the preseason. Their inability to play means the roster spots of tackles Ron Edwards, James Reed, Ryan Sims and Lional Dalton and ends Tamba Hali, Jared Allen, Eric Hicks and Jimmy Wilkerson are safe.

Sure would be a nice player to have though.

There's a QB from the Bucs that was released with the name Jared Allen. Most likely that's who it was suppose to be.
