His blood alcohol level was 0.12, that is not drunk, that is him bieng ****-faced.

not to hijack the thread but 0.12 is legal intoxicated. As some of you know I am a medical technologist (i test blood) and in school we did an experiment with alcohol levels and what people thought was drunk (as study i helped do in conjuntion with psych) and you would be suprised how not torn up people are at 0.10 and 0.12. Some people handle alcohol in different ways and dont feel the effects the same. So 0.12 may not be ripped to this guy.
