Unis Switch Help!!!

I need some help. I found this pic of daunte doing his roll on, and I wanted to switch it to the dolphins uni. I'm not a photoshop expert or anything like that, actually this is just my second switch. Everything was going great..... until I started the helmet.... it's a pain in the ***, I just don't know how to do it :fire: , so I need your help people...

advices, tips, recommendations?

np... I pretty much always do this with dark helmets it's pretty much impossible to get a perfect white helmet when transfering from a darker one
