Here you go.

You are going to have to use the magic wand tool to create the psd. Pretty much, magic wand the bg, select>inverse, copy, and then create a new file with a transparent bg and paste it. Then save it as a psd.

To magic wand, click the bg, then hold down shift, and keep clicking as necessary until you have all of the bg selected, then click select>inverse, and continue as above.

With this file though, one click of the wand should suffice. :wink:
