help with ps2

Hey guys maybe you can help, I went to play madden 07 today and I got a message saying error checking memory card but it also says the card is valid any clues as to what could be going on? It wont let me save anything.

ya heard is was corrupting their fanchises and rosters stuff....maybe wipe it clean an try it again or something?

yeah, i'd clean it out, or use another memory card w/no madden history. then once you get online send ruddfan a msg w/ur name, so you can join the finheaven club :-)
