Avatar problem

Recently I tried linking my new avatar, but all I could come up with was the infamous white box with the little red X. So I figured maybe it was too big and I'd just go back to my old one that I know worked here before. Now, however, I can't get that one to work either. What's going on?

I understand the first two might be a little two big (I had another guy do them for me so I'm not sure of their exact size) but I can't understand why the original one worked before and now it won't. Is something wrong with the site or is it my pics? :confused:

I couldn't get mine to load until today for some reason. I tried last night like 20 times. The site seems tempermental with the avatars. just upload ur favorite, and let it stay for a day, and re-check tommorrow. worked for me.
