Critique my Sig

Whats up guys, im a first time user of photoshop, still learning it. I created this and cant seem to get it the way it needs to be to be used as a sig. I have to drop the quality, making it rather blurry, i need help on how to save this in order to make it work.

HOw did i do for the first time?

Not bad for one of your first sigs, nice job.

Instead of saving it as a jpeg, try saving it as a gif. If it still needs to be smaller, go to File > Save for web. That should work for you.
