they are in the process of changing the design of the site.

Cool, I did read that earlier on their site, but they said it was going to be real quick.

It seems they've also changed servers, which means your ISP has to update its DNS cache before you can fully view the site again.

There might also be a few missing pages while they finish uploading the new design.

When a site posts a huge amount of BS it clogs the servers over time. They had to get new ones.
