Thread subscription problem

I'm not getting e-mail notifications for subscribed threads. This happened a few months ago, and I'm not sure what the cause was (or is). Thanks. :)

Yeah I was gonna start a thread on this as well. I've been having the same problem. I gotta keep up with all the TV show threads with my fellow junkies. :lol:

Check your settings in the UserCP->Edit options. The subscription option may have been deselected when we did our upgrade

Nope. It said I was still to be instantly notified. But I deselected it and reselected it just in case. And no, notifications aren't going to my SPAM folder.

I dont recieve it ethier, but for me I found Yahoo was throwing them in my spam automatically.

Doc, try to set the email to receive it daily instead of 'instant' to see it that makes a difference.

The problem is that most people are getting the subscriptions and the settings haven't changed.

I discussed the problem with Mindwarp and he doesn't thinks that the problem is on our end.

I know that doesn't help for you guys who aren't getting the messages but I am out of ideas. :)

:hmmm: Thanks for looking into it. I know mine used to work but then the emails just tailed off. Not really that big a deal personally. I'm on here everyday anyway. :D

So weird. Oh well ... I'll just bookmark the User CP page with subscribed threads. I think that's the easiest solution.

I don't get any either. This has happened several times but the funny thing is that after awhile, they work and then just like that, they quit again. :confused:

I'm not getting e-mail notification either. I did notice under list subscriptions the notification box is unchecked and nothing I do keeps it checked???
