My sleeper pick is qb Matt Gutierrez from Idaho State. He was a heavily recruited prep star at De La Salle High School who got lost a bit behind Chad Henne at Michigan. That's kind of like playing behind Matt Leinart or Carson Palmer at USC. Definitely a guy with talent who just lacks experience and could benefit from a team that's willing to be patient and maybe some playing time in NFL Europe.

Hey, a sleeper WR works for me just as long as we get SOME Wr in the draft. We seriously need an upgrade at that position despite the experts' feelings that we have one of the top units. Yeah right.

Mike Walker is a real sleeper, he is good but since he is out of UCF nobody hears about him

I'd love to see him in aqua and orange! But I think he'll go in the 2nd round after workouts and the Combine.

How is a potential 2nd round pick a sleeper pick? lol, he'd be a 3rd rounder at worst.

Craig Davis isn't going to be around after the third round. If he is, by all means get him ASAP in the fourth. Hes a Devery Henderson mold who should be able to routinely get open in the deep middle third.

I think though, that he is a second or third round pick.

Anybody consider Swain from Univ. of Tennesse as a sleeper? or likely getting picked up before the end of the second round?

Now there is a WR who is being overshadowed because of Juniors. He'll probably be available in the 3rd at this point, if not later. Steve Smith should be gone by end of the second though.
