Updating previous items, Jim Flynn, of pewterreport.com, reports the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have called a 1:00 p.m. ET press conference Saturday, March 3, where the team is expected to announce the signing of free agent QB Jeff Garcia (Eagles).


Looks like Garcia will probably be a Buc.
