The Kansas City Chiefs signed free-agent LB Donnie Edwards to a three-year, $13.5 million deal including $7.5 million guaranteed.

Eventhough Edwards is getting up there in age this was a great signing IMO, KC still needs defensive help and he should be able to step right in and help make a difference this coming season...not to mention be a positive influence and mentor to the younger guys on the team.

I'm confused...I just read on yahoo, he signed with SD....

He still has tread on the tires. A great LB that will help that D. That is two LBs now in FA. Guess we know where Herm wanted to upgrade.
