Building a Website?

Not sure this is the correct forum for this but if it's not could a mod please move it?

I'm looking for someone that knows anything about website building. I'm looking to build one for my company but don't know where to start or begin. If anyone is interested in helping me out please PM me and I will go into further detail thanks.
