Does USC WR Steve Smith fit our offensive scheme? If so, do you think he will be available at pick #40?

he is a burn reciever that is what the dolphins really need cause chambers is horrible when it comes down to catch the deep balls

He runs fast but he's not really a burner. Craig Davis would be the better selection if you want a guy who plays that fast. David Clowney later on is another.
