I like Clayton and his views. I still can't believe people call Kiper a draft guru though. Didn't he once have Mike Williams WR USC as THE top player in the draft.

Kiper is a hairdo with a mouth and everyone thinks he's great. I have never been overly impressed with his selections or rating system.

Kiper's said the same thing about Ryan Leaf, Steve Entman, Robert Gallery and a whole host of other "blue chip, can miss" prospects.

As did pretty much everyone else. And Entman tbf was plagued by injury, not bad play.

I like Mel because he's entertaining on TV. I dont consider his draft analysis any better or worse than most draft gurus.
