I've been eye-balling this for a while, it's built on the Oblivion Engine (looks obvious) but seems more action oriented. I think it looks awesome.

Also, I believe it comes out this month. edit -- err May

Schweet! I'm short on money so I'll just rent it. If its above a 9.0 I'll buy. Action looks great more variety maybe.

It has been leaked.. I haven't tried it as I don't have vista.

Not sure I just seen it was leaked and thought the game sounded familiar and then I remembered this thread.
