Ok so they want to use a French word for electronic mail is bad?
But the US being dopes by changing the name "French Fries" to "Freedom fries" was ok?

The American Government did not OFFICIALLY ban the term "french fries".....big difference.

If you think passing a law is just as bad as changing a menu, then you may be right.
I don't see it that way though.
I remember when their government changed the word "France" into "Germany" about 60 years ago. :rolleyes:
Sorry, but the French are generally azzholes in regards to relations with Americans.
