Insurgency is a HL2 mod. Basically a realistic Counterstrike but better.

Im definitely going to check out Insurgency when the mod is released. I can't say enough about the purchase of Half Life 2, and how good of a value it is. Since it is such great coding(just like HL1), the mods that communities come up with are just stellar.
