Halley Now a Starter in Washington (merged)

I thought some of you might find this interesting. After Big Daddy Wilkinson refused to take a pay cut, the Redskins cut him and elevated our former backup Halley to the starting role. I guess he made the right choice after all.

Frankly, I never thought he was a starting quality guy, but we will find out when we play the Skins.

Ricky is going to have a big game. :D
