Just curious. I know some of the top gets payed like 2 million a year or something along those terms, but what's an average salary for a kicker?

Not when you compare them to salaries for other positions. Adam Vinatieri is arguably the best kicker in the league. He signed a 5 year $12mil contract and a $3.5mil in guarantees with Indy last year. Joey Porter signed a 5 year $32mil contract with $20mil in guarantees. The difference is massive but the same can be said about the workload.

Work load yes. But I think being a kicker would be very hard. Look at the pressure they have on them. To have to hit a 40+ yard field goal in the wind with 2 seconds on the clock, determining a win or a lose. Tuff stuff.
