He got pulled over on suspicion of drunk driving. Cocaine was found in his system. This isn't the first time he's been suspected of cocaine use. But it's the first time he's been busted. And he has admitted to it. :(

What kind of crap is that. He gets tagged in 2001 and the suspension is just getting levied?

No, nothing happened in 2001 (they couldn't prove anything). This was recent (I assume). We'll find out more tomorrow.
