Bobby Bonds died of complications from lung cancer and a brain tumor as well as other ailments....

My heart goes out to him and his family. It must have been really hard for Barry to hear the news. Good thing his dad saw him break the home run record and saw him win last night against our Marlins. RIP Mr. Bonds

It's a shame he went so young... 57 is not that old. He kept his love for the game to the end, still activ in the Giants org...

57 is not old at all, he could have lived another 25 years. RIP
