It is good move for Man City. Reyna will probably have to take over some of the duties the late Marc Vivian Foe had.

Man City made a good move by signing Reyna, but the big signing for them this week was getting Steve McMannaman from Real Madrid. However, either way, Man City should finish 6th or 7th in the EPL this year. They are a pretty good side.
