SWAT team with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office raided DMX's north Phoenix home at about 3 a.m. to serve arrest and search warrants and take him into custody on the indictment, sheriff's spokesman Capt. Paul Chagolla said.
Rapper DMX was arrested for the second time in a week Friday, this time after he was indicted on felony drug possession and misdemeanor animal cruelty charges.

wonder what took them this long to arrest him? seriously, hes been a known dog fighter and a known drug user for ever. least it was green and not crack....
btw, i love DMX as a artist, but hes either going to spend a long time in prison or die....its sad, but hes gone in the head.
