Everyone is paying $4.00 already. If your gas station has a price of 3.65 or higher you are paying $4.00. The price they post is for 9/10 of a gallon. Not even a full gallon. So add 10% to what the advertised price is for the real price of gas. My gas station is 3.93 so that makes it 4.32/gallon. Ouch.
